DELIVERY SCHEULE
Your store delivery is scheduled every Monday. You must submit orders (online or email)
by 10-05-2021 4:00 PM local time. If you missed the order submission deadline, there is no
guaranty that the order will be delivered on scheduled day. Your customer service
representative will try to help, but the final decision to ship earlier then next schedule delivery
will rest with the Distribution Center. Delivery outside of normal scheduled day will be subject
to additional delivery charges. For unscheduled deliveries including additional orders outside
the scheduled delivery day may be subject to acceptance by the Distribution Center. Will Calls
are generally not offered by the Distribution Center. Please contact your customer service
representative to find out the Will Call policy.
INSPECTION
Your representative must count the number of boxes or pieces received that match the delivery
receipt. If you find any product or package damaged at delivery time, please note that on the
delivery receipt. If you do not accept a package due to damage or wrong item, make sure to
cross the quantity on the delivery receipt and handwrite the actual quantity received on the
driver’s copy. Have the driver sign the changes as well. This will help with proving your claim
for credit. If possible, take pictures of the damaged or returned product and email to
Orders@TFDSGroup.com.
TFDS will not be responsible for damaged or missing items once the order is received without
objection by your receiving agent.
PAYMENT TERMS
All purchase orders received will be processed and shipped without immediate payment
requirement, unless the account is on credit hold for any reason. TFDS will invoice you within
24 hours of delivery and process payment in accordance with the option selected. A valid
credit card, debit card or bank account information will be required prior to processing your
order. There is no service fee charge for ACH payment. A convenience fee will apply (unless
restricted by State law) if you chose to pay by VISA, MasterCard or Discover. The fee amount
will be shown on the online order.
Please do not make any payment to the driver or ask the driver for any invoice upon delivery.
Driver is not authorized to accept any payment including COD.
PAYMENT & OPEN BALANCE POLICIES
In the event your payment is returned NSF or credit card is denied two or more times in 60-day
period, we will require you to pay in advance of delivery. A return fee of $30 for each
occurrence will be charged.
DELIVERY TO STORE
All deliveries will be made as per your store delivery schedule. Please be sure to have an
attendant receive the orders without delay when the driver arrives. Delivery is made by the
Distribution company truck or a third-party trucking company hired by the Distributor. Drivers
are under strict route performance and cannot wait unreasonably. Delivery drivers are NOT
authorized to stock or organize the products in your store. It is your responsibility to provide a
safe and secure area to receive the delivery.
FREE DELIVERY
Your order will be delivered free if you meet minimum the minimum order value of _______
(excluding service fee and sales tax). Any order value below the minimum free delivery
threshold will be added on the order.
RETURN/EXCHANGE
You must notify TFDS in advance before a return or exchange can be made. Delivery drivers
cannot accept any returned or exchanged items that were not previously approved.
There is a 25% restocking fee (based on purchase price) for items returned, unless the return is
due to delivery damage or TFDS error. All return authorizations must be approved by TFDS.
TFDS reserves the right to return items purchased more than 20 days ago, special items ordered
or item packaging altered, opened or damaged. Waiver of restocking fee must be previously
approved by TFDS. Undamaged items returned must be received by TFDS in a like-new
condition in original packaging.
SELLER’S/RESELLER’S PERMITS
All purchases subject to “sales tax exemption” must provide a valid Resale Certificate approved
by the respective Sales Tax Agency. If TFDS does not have a valid Resale Certificate, TFDS will
have no choice but to charge sales tax in accordance with the State Sales Agency regulations. It
is your responsibility to keep TFDS advised of your sale tax exemption status. Items subject to
use tax may be charged sales tax, unless you specifically identify those items as exempt on the
exemption certificate provided to TFDS and the liability of collecting such tax allowed by the
State Agency to shifted from TFDS to you.
COMMUNICATION CHANNEL
Please do not contact the Distributor directly. Contact your TFDS customer service
representative for any issue or matter including but not limited to adding items to your order,
checking stock, special item request, product related questions, pricing or payment issues, Will
Call, rescheduling delivery, item return, etc. Drivers do not have any information to service
your account except to deliver the order as approved by TFDS.
